Brenda Wilson serves as title abstractor and title processor for the title company. With over thirty years of experience, Brenda is a detail-minded professional who conducts in-depth searches to find and remedy any problems for the seller, buyer, borrower, or lender. The list of title problems can be numerous – boundary disputes, liens, assessments, unknown heirs. Brenda looks for these problems and makes every effort to resolve them, often without the customer even knowing it.
